6 week off-ice Training Program
Here is a great off-ice training program designed for youth hockey was players by Ben Eaves of Ice Hockey Systems. This focuses on helping kids build a better athletic foundation, control their bodies and be less injury prone. No weights and only 3 suggested pieces of equipment.
The program only requires
3 days a week and has day-by-day breakdown of all exercises.
