RMHA Player Development Resources

RMHA Family,
Welcome to our brand new section for Player Development. Our very own Player Development and Coach Mentor, Coach Dan, has started to create and upload documents to help our future stars work on their skills. The page will continuously be worked on and added to as often as we can. We hope you enjoy it and take some good lessons from it.

Dryland

This first section, you will find very useful dryland training that is meant to be done during the summer off-season.

6 week off-ice Training Program

Here is a great off-ice training program designed for youth hockey was players by Ben Eaves of Ice Hockey Systems. This focuses on helping kids build a better athletic foundation, control their bodies and be less injury prone. No weights and only 3 suggested pieces of equipment.

The program only requires 3 days a week and has day-by-day breakdown of all exercises.

RMHA has invested in being able to bring you all that Ice Hockey Systems has to provide. Take a look at the link below and give it a shot if you think your young hockey player can benefit, because we do.
Big thanks to our very own Player Development Director, Dan Alary for bringing this out!
