AGM 2022 Reminder

Just a reminder that our AGM will be held in person on May 19th at 7pm at CIH (Community room upstairs).

 

This year, it will be a voting year for president and also an opportunity to elect executive members for the upcoming season. If you have any interest in being an executive member, we ask that you are present for the AGM. members have to be nominated by someone present and second by another member present. If you cannot attend the AGM and you would still like to show that you would like to accept a nomination, you will need to send an email to our registrar/secretary Johanne Gamache at least 2 days before the AGM at registrar@rockland-nats.ca . This email shall state that you are accepting a nomination if one is put forward. 

 

For the president role, you need to make sure to be present at the AGM in order to be nominated. Make note that in order to be elected as president, you need to have served in the Rockland minor hockey association as an executive member for at least two years.
