2020-2021 Season reimbursement

Good day Rockland Nats families!

 

We want to let you all know that our Executive committee has finalized our refund plan for the 2020-21 season. As you all know, our season ended a few weeks earlier than we would have liked and we want to do what is right for all of our families. RMHA is well aware that the last year has been a difficult one at so many levels and we know that the pandemic has been challenging financially for many families. That is why we will be reimbursing a total of 12.5% of the season's registration fees. This amount is based on a prorated calculation. In order to make things easier for returning players in our upcoming season, we will be applying the refund amount onto next year's registration fees. Make note that if you prefer to get a refund instead, it will be our pleasure to do that too. In order to get a refund or if you have any questions about the refund, we ask that you reach out to our treasurer Ross Outhwaite at treasurer@rockland-nats.ca
