Good day Rockland community,
On my behalf and the entire RMHA committee, we would like to invite you to our annual general meeting. Just like the hockey season we have been involved in; we will have to adapt to the current situation and hold this edition through a virtual Zoom meeting.
This year, the president position is not in play for the upcoming season as I will be fulfilling my full mandate of two seasons. As for the executive committee, as usual, we will be dissolving the current one and we will proceed to a process of nomination (and voting if necessary). The nomination process will be done during the meeting. If a member is nominated, he/she will decide if he/she accepts the nomination or not. If we get into a scenario where we have too many members elected, we will go around the table and revisit the commitment of every voted member.

En mon nom et au nom de l'ensemble du comité AHMR, nous aimerions vous inviter à notre assemblée générale annuelle. Tout comme la saison de hockey à laquelle nous avons participé; nous devrons nous adapter à la situation actuelle et organiser cette édition à travers une réunion virtuelle Zoom.
Cette année, le poste de président n'est pas en jeu pour la saison à venir car je vais remplir mon mandat complet de deux saisons. Quant au comité exécutif, comme d'habitude, nous allons dissoudre l'actuel et nous procéderons à un processus de nomination (et de vote si nécessaire). Le processus de nomination se fera pendant la réunion. Si un membre est nommé, il décidera s'il accepte la nomination ou non. Si nous entrons dans un scénario où nous avons trop de membres élus, nous ferons le tour de la table et confirmerons l'engagement de chaque membre voté.
