The RMHA AGM has been scheduled for Wednesday September 16
th at 7:00 pm
This season the AGM will be virtual, making use of Zoom. This will allow the greatest number of members to attend as we would be limited in any in person meetings. We will have the details posted on the RMHA website and Facebook the weekend before the AGM.
In order to hold elections for positions this season all nominations will need to be emailed to all 4 of the email addresses below as well as the person being nominated. Those nominated will also be required to confirm their acceptance. All positions are up for election including Preisdent. Voting will take place during the Zoom meeting, an email address confirming your membership will be required, and only 1 vote will be accepted per Zoom viewer. The deadline for nominations will be September 9
th as we will post all nominations with the Zoom meeting details.
